臨床心理検査（RST、WAIS4、WISC5 available）、脳波検査、各種診断書・意見書等。内容により事前相談が必要です。

初診は予約が必要ですか？Do I need an appointment for my first visit?
はい。まずメールで氏名、年齢、症状、服薬、保険、希望日時をご連絡ください。当院から予約可否をご案内します。初診は対面で行います。
Yes. Email us your name, age, symptoms, medications, insurance status, and preferred dates. We will confirm availability. Your first consultation must be in person.
外国人でも受診できますか？Do you accept foreign patients?
海外出身・外国籍の方の受診相談を積極的に受け付けています。症状、希望言語、必要な治療、診療体制を確認したうえで、対応可否をご案内します。
We actively welcome inquiries from foreign residents. We confirm your symptoms, preferred language, treatment needs, and our clinical capacity before offering an appointment.
日本の健康保険がなくても受診できますか？Can I visit without Japanese health insurance?
自費診療となる場合があります。費用や必要書類が異なるため、予約前に保険の状況をメールでお知らせください。
Self-pay care may be available. Costs and required documents vary, so please describe your insurance status when you contact us.
生活保護・公費制度は利用できますか？Can public medical support be used?
保険・公費制度の取扱いと受入可否は、現在の診療体制や必要な手続きを含めて個別に確認します。生活保護法指定外です。予約前にメールでお問い合わせください。

オンライン診療はできますか？Are remote consultations available?
初診後の再診では、状態に応じてMicrosoft TeamsまたはLINEを利用したオンライン診療を相談できます。処方方法・費用等は診察時にご確認ください。
After an in-person first visit, follow-up consultations may be available through Microsoft Teams or LINE when clinically appropriate. Prescription arrangements and fees will be explained separately.
海外のADHD治療薬を継続できますか？Can I continue ADHD medication prescribed abroad?
日本では薬剤ごとに処方条件があります（Concerta,Vyvanse）。診断書、紹介状、過去の処方記録をご用意のうえ、薬剤名と服用歴を事前にメールでお知らせください。継続処方を保証するものではありません。
Japanese prescribing rules vary by medication(Concerta and Vyvance). Email us the medication name and treatment history, and bring diagnostic and prescription records. Continued prescribing cannot be guaranteed.
